Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
RETURN POLICY
To take advantage of the repair or replacement service and receive a credit or refund (if applicable) under the limited warranty, you must first obtain authorization to return the merchandise using the form attached to this notice.
This form will be considered only if it is correctly filled out in its entirety and sent to Detas SpA via email at service@detas.com.
Detas SpA will provide the RMA number.
The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the shipping documents. A copy of this completed form must be affixed to the outside of the package.
Shipping to Detas SpA will be at the sender's expense unless otherwise agreed upon with our service department.
Goods returned without authorization from Detas SpA or shipped collect without specific prior arrangements will not be accepted.
The same applies if the RMA number is not listed on the shipping documents.
For repairs not covered by the warranty, Detas SpA will provide a cost estimate. This estimate will include the cost of the replacement parts used for the repair plus labor at a rate of €50.00 per hour (minimum charge of 1 hour).
If the quote is not accepted, Detas Spa reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of €50.00.
If no defect is found in the returned merchandise, Detas Spa reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of €50.00.
In the event of goods being returned due to ordering errors on the customer’s part or for a credit, the purchase price will be credited minus 10% for inspection fees; the goods must, in any case, be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that only goods purchased within the last 12 months may be returned for a credit.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Online sales of products are governed by Articles 45 through 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation grants consumers the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual offers, ensuring their right to return the purchased product and receive a refund for the amount paid.
The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, namely:
- if the original packaging is missing;
- if any integral parts of the product are missing (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.)
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (individuals who purchase goods for purposes unrelated to their professional, commercial, or business activities); therefore, it cannot be exercised by legal entities or by individuals acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Procedures and Timeframes for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has 14 (fourteen) days to cancel the purchase.
The withdrawal period ends 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the goods. Within this period, the Customer must notify DETAS SPA of their intention to withdraw from the contract by sending an email containing an explicit statement of their decision to withdraw to the following email address: service@detas.com
DETAS SPA will send the Customer, to the email address provided in the order or in the return request, a form for requesting authorization to return the item, which the Customer must complete. The form includes the RMA number, assigned by DETAS SPA, which identifies the case.
The Customer shall, at their own expense, ship the product, carefully packaged and with a copy of the form affixed to the outside, to the following address:

DETAS SPA will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it becomes aware that the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the standard one offered by DETAS SPA). DETAS SPA may withhold the refund until it has received the product in good condition, or until the Customer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, with the packaging intact and all accessories included; otherwise, DETAS SPA reserves the right to determine the amount by which the refund will be reduced, even if the damage occurred during shipping.
Refund Policy
For purchases made by credit card, the refund will be processed as a reversal of the transaction directly to the credit card.
For purchases made via PayPal, the refund will be issued as a credit to the customer's account.
